1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you connect third-party services (such as Google Gmail and Google Calendar), we store OAuth tokens to access your data on your behalf. We do not store the content of your emails or calendar events permanently -- data is fetched on demand when you use the assistant.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the AI personal assistant service, including summarising your emails, displaying your calendar, and responding to your queries. We use AI models (via OpenRouter) to process your requests. Your data is sent to AI providers only as needed to fulfill your requests and is not used to train AI models.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your account data and OAuth tokens are stored securely in Supabase with row-level security enabled. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Google (Gmail, Calendar), Stripe (payments), and OpenRouter (AI processing). Each service has its own privacy policy. By connecting these services, you agree to their respective terms.

5. Your Rights

You can disconnect third-party services at any time from your dashboard settings. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. You can request a copy of your stored data at any time.
