AIEA provides an AI-powered personal assistant that connects to your existing productivity tools (email, calendar) and helps you manage them from a single dashboard. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account & Access

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Subscription & Billing

The service offers a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI assistant provides suggestions and summaries based on your data. AI outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, missed appointments, or actions taken based on AI suggestions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
